if the only income you have is from SS, then put that number on line 14a of form 1040. the rest will be 0’s. on page 2 fill in your bank info. you will get $300 back from the stimulus package. If you have troubles take it to a profession. ask him/her to do it for $15-$25. for that type of work thats not unreasonable.
In addition to what Preston said, be sure to fill out the top two sections of the front page (name, ss#, address, and filing status and number of exemptions) and be sure to sign on the back at the bottom.
At this point, you will be getting a paper check in the mail.

1. Write “Stimulus Payment” on the top of the form.
2. Enter your Name, address, and SSN.
3. Check the box for your filing status.
4. Check box 6A and put a “1″ in the box on the far right of the line.
5. Put a “1″ in the box on line 6D.
6. Put a “0″ on line 7.
7. Enter your total SSDI benefits for 2007 on line 14a.
8. Complete lines 44B, 44B, and 44D with your bank account information.
9. Sign, date, and mail the return.
