How long ago did you first apply? Everyone who is on SSI or SSDI for disability get Medicare after 2 years. So if you applied two years ago, then yes, that’s correct. But hey, you’ll have some medical coverage. Ask for a PRC code for online access or check the notices you received when you first filed. That should have your benefit amount.

This is the premium amount for Part B (physician/outpatient) coverage. Part A (hospital coverage) is free as long as you have paid into Medicare through taxes for 10 years. Part B costs around $100/month.
This cost applies to anyone who has Medicare, whether they are eligible by age (65+) or by disability.
