I live in Ohio have been waiting over 2 Years have gotten new evidence about my case and would like to turn it in and request a pre hearing case review was just wondering if anyone new aproximitly how long they take? Thanks

    A long long time. Do yourself a favor……call the office of Sen Voinavich……….ask for Teresa French. If she is no longer there explain your problem.They have a laison with SS who can hasten it. Teresa is a wonder and she gets action.
