I am 30 with good credit but havent worked since 2000 and recently started getting social securtiy disability. Will I be able to rent a good apartment without a co-signer?

    ya just show that the disability is your form of income.

    Disability is not only valid income, it is more reliable then a regular job, it will not effect your ability to rent, might even help.
