are you asking if a social security pension can be garnished for repayment of a debt ?
ask the social security department. I believe some pensions are protected but am not really sure. The court awarding the garnishment order would know too.

No. Social Security income is exempt from wage garnishments unless it’s the Federal Government that is doing the garnishment.
