Is there any special form that needs to be filed to receive the tax rebates? I am inquiring for a person I know on Social Security disability who hasn’t filed in the last two years and may be entitled to this tax rebate. Any information or direction would be appreciated.

I have been unable to work due to serious illness, but fortunately my husband is employed. We live off of his income as well as my social security disability income (which I contributed to during my years of employment).
